Adjustable Locking Bar for the FRT-15, WOT, and Tommy Triggers forced reset triggers, DOES NOT FIT ANY 3-POSITION FRT.

This fits both the original “Gen 1” and the current “Gen 2” FRT-15 triggers.

The A.L.B. is a replacement locking bar for worn and inoperable factory locking bars. The A.L.B. does not change or alter the semi-automatic function of the trigger.

 

The Armament Adjustable Locking Bar for forced reset triggers is a drop-in, adjustable replacement locking bar system. The ALB addresses 3 common issues with forced reset triggers in a drop in part*;

1. Dead trigger and light primer strikes due to hammer follow from early trigger release.

2. Completely replaces the troublesome locking bar springs that can kink and cause malfunction and spongy trigger pull, and cause reset issues.

3. Increases reset reliability and better feel by adding downward, rearward spring pressure to the trigger.

The ALB is a self-contained, easy to install replacement locking bar that allows you to adjust the trigger release timing. This increases reliability and safety. By retarding the timing, you can prevent dead triggers and light primer strikes due to hammer follow. This makes the trigger run correctly, decreases the chances of out of battery discharges, and allows the use of a wider range of buffer weights and springs. This also allows the use in 9mm, 7.62×39, 22LR, and other platforms that can use the AR pattern trigger, but need different timing. The ALB increases reset reliability and feel, you will instantly feel and hear a better, more positive trigger reset. The ALB completely eliminates ANY locking bar return spring kinking/binding issues and is an easy install*. The ALB uses adjustment shims and has 3 positions: 2 shims (factory setting), 1 shim, and no shims. The adjustment is very simple and uses a low-profile contact piece bolt. The ALB can be adjusted in the rifle at the range. This locking bar does not change or alter the semi-automatic function of the trigger.

 

Precision machined form aircraft-grade 17-4  PH stainless steel, heat-treated to H900 specifications, and black-oxide magnetite coated to MIL-DTL-13924D, class 4 coating standards for surface hardness/wear resistance/corrosion resistance.

The ALB includes:

1. ALB assembly.

2. 3 adjustment shims; 2 installed and 1 spare.

3. Spare contact bolt.

4. 1/16 hex key for adjustments.
